What is Thai Massage?
Thai Massage is an ancient body therapy that is more than 1000 years old. Thai Massage has roots in India, China and Thailand. In this healing massage we see influences from acupuncture and yoga. All elements in Thai Massage help to open, balance and energize the body. These energies (qi) of the body travel through pathways called Sen, which have similarities to the Chinese Meridians and India Nadis. Thai Massage is rich in history, spirit and is a holistic approach to harmonizing the body.

What is Osteo Thai?
Osteo Thai is the blend of traditional Thai massage with the gentle touch of osteopathic techniques. Osteo Thai combines the energizing stretches of thai massage (yoga inspired) with osteopathy's release of soft tissue tension and joint mobility.

Osteo Thai approaches the client as one unit; physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual. More information about Osteo Thai: www.osteothai.com
